Summary
Challenge
- A top five pharma company contacted us late in the feasibility stages of a major real world evidence study requiring a quick turnaround programme feasibility. We had the capacity and agility to respond in a timely manner and execute on their request.
Solution
- We created a longlist of prospective research sites by filtering our network using the stringent research requirements provided by the sponsor in a briefing. Utilised CYTE Locate to launch feasibility questionnaires to our longlist. We were able to review the responses in real time via CYTE Connect.
Outcomes
- Questionnaires received from 875 sites in 31 countries in 5 weeks – 856 eligible for AF study. The shortlist of sites was submitted to the sponsor for final selection, along with assurance of continuity of data quality and completeness across their selected sites in every region.
